Gosh, Kindergarten is AMAZING! Ellie is reading and writing sentences, even doing beginning math! I'm amazed by the teachers who are able to reach and teach these children, and that the children are capable and ready to learn these things. She has already achieved so much in one short year of Kindergarten, I sometimes wonder where she will be in 6th grade or even 12th. What will this little girl be capable of by then, what new things will she have learned?
We have entered the Play Date Stage. Ellie and I both have made new friends. I love chatting with the fellow moms during pick up. Ellie's made some great new friends too, she's got the sweetest classmates.
Daddy daughter date at the Dino show.
Crazy Hair Day!
Thanksgiving Week. Grandma Mary and Grandpa Ric stayed with us. Grandma brought her bag of book and the girl requested "Monster at the end of this Book" over and over again.
A day nice enough to eat outside and our favorite Pizza place Lucky Slice.
An Epic bike ride for Jared and Ric. Jared still talks about this as one of his BEST days.
Thanksgiving, we let the cat out of the bag and announced we were pregnant. So fun, now everyone knows we have baby #3 on the way.
Our gratitude tree, I love starting traditions like this as a family.
Watching the Ogden light parade and the lighting of the Christmas Village.
